Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us by email or post, quoting your order number, within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.  If your goods have already been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted item(s)
We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Non-Delivered Goods

In the event that you do not receive an item you ordered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 working days before we issue a refund or re-send the item to you. 
For orders dispatched to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for', you will be liable for paying the re-delivery charge if the item has not been collected by you or re-delivery has not been arranged by you on receipt of a card left by our carrier
If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund.

All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging.

Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

You are entitled to return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for an exchange.

All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase.

You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post. Please note: customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund due to change of mind must do so at their own cost.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following non-faulty products: Any items that have been personalised or made to order.
Any items that are perishable.


Faulty Items


Please make sure your goods are checked on receipt of delivery.

If an item is found to be faulty, you must notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of receiving the goods. You will then have 14 days in which to return the item(s) to us.

On receipt of receiving the item(s) back we will issue you a full refund, including your return postage costs, within 21 days via the original payment method used to purchase your goods.

Please note: refunds will not be issued if the fault is the result of misuse on your behalf.


Payment Methods


We accept credit card/debit card payment, including Visa and Mastercard, through our Payment Service Provider
Alternatively, you are welcome to pay for your order by Cheque or Postal Order.  If you choose either of these payment options during checkout, please print two copies of your order receipt and return one copy to us with payment to the address on our Contact us page.  Please note: if paying by Cheque your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared - please allow 5 working days for this from the date we receive your Cheque. 
International customers - We are only able to accept payment through Paypal.

Postage and Handling
Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.  We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this applies to UK orders only
All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery.  There are no exceptions to this rule, so please do not ask!

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 2 working days for order processing.
Although most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order. 


Tax Charges
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable. 
We shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery of your order however caused. If we fail to deliver your order (or any part of) for any reason, other than causes beyond our control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods only
