We offer you a choice of 2 delivery services at checkout - Standard or 1st (First) Class Delivery.
Please note that the delivery service chosen only applies once your order has been dispatched from us, not from when we receive your order.
Orders, whether you choose Standard or 1st (First class) delivery, are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment - please note this applies to non-personalised orders only - for information regarding dispatch times of Personalised orders please see below.
Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery is FREE for all UK mainland orders over £60
For orders under £60, UK Standard Delivery costs just £3.99 per order
1st (First) Class: £5.99
Please note this is NOT a next day delivery service.

Postage costs are clearly shown before you complete your order.
Delivery
We send emails to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched - if you don't receive an order confirmation from us, please check your spam folder.
All orders must be signed for at the point of delivery.
Non-Personalised orders (for personalised orders please see below) are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) of receipt of payment. Please note that dispatch times may increase at peak periods during the year like Christmas.
If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.
Personalised Orders
Most personalised orders are dispatched within 4 working days of receipt of payment but due to manufacturing processes, certain personalised orders may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. Please note that dispatch times may increase at peak periods during the year like Christmas. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of Personalised items.
Express Delivery can be arranged for an additional cost on certain personalised items. Please contact us for further information.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but in the event that you wish to return an item we offer a 14 day money back guarantee - exclusions apply.
Items returned within 14 days of receipt of your order will receive a refund including your delivery costs - refund of delivery costs only applies if all items in your order have been returned to us. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original, as new condition, with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.
Exclusions to our refund policy - We are unable to accept returns of any Personalised, Perishable or Made to Order items
You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
Please note: customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund due to change of mind must do so at their own cost.
Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.
