• You will need to register an account during checkout so that our system can record your points
• We will credit your account with one loyalty point for every £1 you spend - for example spend £25.00 and you will earn 25 loyalty points
• One loyalty point is worth 4p - so for example 25 loyalty points are worth £1.00

How do I redeem them?

You can check your points total by logging in to your account. Once you make a purchase you will have the option during checkout of redeeming any loyalty points already saved from previous orders.

Terms & Conditions

Each loyalty point is worth £0.04p to redeem on future orders at 'The Present Season'

Loyalty points will only be awarded once your order status is marked as 'Complete' - please allow up to 60 days for this from the date of your order

Any Loyalty Points awarded will expire if an account is inactive for a period of 12 months from the first date of the points being rewarded

Loyalty Points will remain valid for 12 months from the date awarded, or until exchanged, whichever occurs first

The Present Season will not redeem the loyalty points for cash and the loyalty points are strictly not transferable

​​​​​​​The maximum value of points that can be redeemed on any one order is £25.00

If you return all or part of your order for a refund at any point, your loyalty points balance will be deducted accordingly

Loyalty points can not be earned on any orders with the following status - Pending, Processing, Dispatched, Failed, Cancelled, Declined, Refunded

Loyalty points will only be awarded on the products ordered, excluding delivery charges

The Present Season reserve the right to alter, amend, cancel or withdraw our Loyalty Points, including these terms and conditions at any time

The Present Season reserve the right to amend the value of our loyalty points at any time
