ORDERS
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us by email or post, quoting your order number, within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation. If your goods have already been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted item(s). Exclusions apply.
Personalised Orders: Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. If you still wish to cancel the order beyond this point 100% of the order will still be charged. Where goods have already been dispatched to you a refund is not possible. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been misspelt.
Alcoholic Products: By law we cannot sell Alcoholic products to anyone under the age of 18. It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic products if you are under the age of 18. By placing an order for an Alcoholic Product you are confirming that both you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel/reject/refund the order at any time and for any reason.
DELIVERY
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.
We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries
Non-Delivered Goods: The majority of our products are dispatched by Royal Mail. If you have not received your items, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you. In the event that you do not receive an item you ordered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 working days from the date of dispatch before we issue a refund or re-send the item to you.
If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns
You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund.
All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging.
Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.
Exclusions to our refund policy: We are unable to accept returns of any Personalised, Perishable or Made to Order items
You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post. Please note: customers wishing to return items due to change of mind must do so at their own cost
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following non-faulty products: Any items that have been personalised, made to order or are perishable.
Faulty Items
Please make sure your goods are checked on receipt of delivery.If an item is found to be faulty, you must notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of receiving the goods. You will then have 14 days in which to return the item(s) to us.
On receipt of receiving the item(s) back we will issue you a full refund, including your return postage costs, within 21 days via the original payment method used to purchase your goods.
Please note: refunds will not be issued if the fault is the result of misuse on your behalf.

Please allow up to 11 working days for processing of Personalised orders depending on the item ordered
Although most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Royal Mail Standard (2nd Class) Delivery and 1st class Delivery are NOT guaranteed delivery time services, therefore we can't guarantee or take responsibility for Delivery by a certain date if these services are used. If you wish to guarantee delivery in time for a certain date please contact us for Next Day (Special Delivery Guaranteed) postage costs
